Technical Illustration Sample Drawings

Technical illustration means bringing a drawing into a publication where it will print as a high-quality, precision illustration. Easy to say, but not normally easy to do. But it's easy in PowerCADD.

After you create your illustration in PowerCADD, you can bring the drawing into Quark or InDesign by translating the illustration into PDF or Encapsulated PostScript File Format (EPSF). In the past, you would use the PowerCADD translator or LaserPrint, but now with OSX, you can create the PDF file directly using the Print command. You can convert the PDF file to EPSF using Adobe Acrobat.
